• 8–10 years of procurement experience, ideally in pharma, CDMO, or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in indirect procurement and function setup.
• Hands-on experience with P2P processes and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Design global procurement strategy, policies, and governance.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Oversee sourcing and negotiations for IT, HR, marketing, facilities, and CAPEX categories.
• Conduct RFPs, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and risk management.
• Align with Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate teams to optimize processes.
