Job summary

CROMA-PHARMA is an internationally active pharmaceutical company based in Leobendorf, near Vienna. We seek a Global Marketing Manager Orthopaedics to lead worldwide strategy, launches and campaigns within a fast-paced team.

You will drive the orthopedics portfolio globally, collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs and R&D, and manage marketing budgets and materials. Hybrid work informs our flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in marketing, brand management or product management, ideally in orthopedics, medical devices, pharma or biotech.
• Proven track record of executing marketing plans from idea to delivery – you are comfortable doing the work yourself, not just delegating it.
• Hands-on, can-do mindset – no task is too small – combined with strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable in a start-up-like setting with lean resources, short decision paths and shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Execute global brand, portfolio and product strategies for our orthopedics business – and help shape them along the way.
• Lead international product launches and support innovation projects from concept to commercialization.
• Create impactful global marketing materials, campaign concepts and sales support tools.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access and R&D.
• Represent Croma Pharma and our orthopedics portfolio at international congresses, meetings and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, customers, distributors and internal stakeholders worldwide.
• Deliver product training and support medical education and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day marketing tasks – from briefing agencies and coordinating congress logistics to updating materials and tracking budgets.
