You will manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects, while contributing to the marketing team and traveling internationally up to ~15% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Several years’ professional experience in trade fair, event or project management, ideally in an international B2B or industrial environment.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent German and English language skills; comfortable with digital work and project management tools; willingness to travel internationally (~15%).

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and manage global trade fairs, client events and corporate events from concept to follow-up with KPIs.
• Develop and expand the international trade fair and event portfolio in coordination with Marketing Managers and external partners.
• Set and optimise standards, processes and quality criteria for events to ensure efficient, responsible organisation.
• Create and manage project, schedule and workflow plans, ensuring professional event execution.
• Monitor budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective event delivery.
• Support marketing with general activities and cross-functional projects.
