• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working, combined with strong communication skills.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage software licenses and IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle – from procurement to scrapping.
• Establish and maintain a central license register and ensure high data quality in the CMDB.
• Prepare and support license renewals and software audits.
• Analyze license and usage data to optimize costs, compliance, and software usage.
• Create reports and key figures while working closely with IT, Purchasing, Controlling, and software vendors.
