Halian Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (all genders) to join its global IT organization in Vienna, Austria. You will operate, maintain, and continuously improve global infrastructure platforms, spanning on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

The role offers exposure to modern technologies, international projects, and opportunities for long-term development in a collaborative team with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, storage platforms, backup solutions, and cloud infrastructure.
• Interest in working across a broad infrastructure landscape rather than focusing on a single technology area.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve global infrastructure platforms
• Support and further develop modern on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
• Manage and optimize server, virtualization, storage, backup, and recovery solutions
• Analyze technical challenges and design scalable, sustainable solutions
• Support the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure services
• Participate in international infrastructure and transformation projects
• Drive initiatives around standardization, automation, and platform resilience
• Monitor system performance and proactively optimize infrastructure stability and efficiency
• Create and maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team
• Collaborate closely with international IT teams and stakeholders across multiple locations
