PALFINGER AG is seeking an ICT Project Manager to drive IT projects in IT infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and outsourcing partners across international sites. You will translate business needs into deployment plans and oversee time, cost, and quality targets.

Engage with IT security or identity management topics as needed, participate in digitalization efforts, and benefit from flexible hours and hybrid work in a multinational, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management or interest in gaining experience in this area.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination and implementation of IT projects from analysis to go-live.
• Interface between business, IT and external partners for smooth communication.
• Monitor and report on progress with time, cost and quality targets.
• Support development of IT infrastructure and new tools/systems.
• Contribute to future-oriented digitalization initiatives.
