- 8 years of experience in health IT or healthcare technology roles.
- 4 years working with healthcare technology and digital health initiatives.

- Serve as primary contact for healthcare organizations and technology partners to promote and support health IT integration initiatives.
- Lead discussions on integration capabilities, workflows, and technical requirements with customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to support customer implementations and onboarding.
- Provide guidance on healthcare data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and APIs in the context of customer needs.
- Manage relationships with hospital IT teams, informatics leaders, and operational stakeholders.
