How You"ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are :

• As part of the Global HR department, you lead teams in executing the company-wide people strategy across Leadership Development, Training, Succession, Performance, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion.
• You build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through standardised global leadership programs and elevate ALDI's leadership capabilities.
• You streamline and transform induction and training to create a learner-focused growth mindset.
• You develop and implement talent and succession processes to ensure future organisational readiness.
• You drive the execution of strategies and initiatives to strengthen ALDI's high-performance culture and streamline performance management.
• You lead employee listening programs to gather insights and drive meaningful improvements.
• You drive global diversity and inclusion efforts to foster an equitable and inclusive culture.
• You partner with senior leaders and local teams to align global strategies with regional needs.

Your profile

The requirements of the role include :

• You have over 10 years of senior leadership experience driving Learning, Leadership, People, and Culture Development.
• You combine strategic expertise in designing and executing global leadership and talent strategies with operational knowledge in retail or consumer-oriented industries.
• You are a business-focused leader who navigates People & Culture through transformation and value creation.
• You have a proven track record of leading large-scale change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• You bring influential stakeholder management skills and partner with senior executives to co-create impactful solutions.
• You have a global mindset, cultural fluency, and exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities.
• You are fluent in English; German and other languages are an advantage.
