Job summary

TGW Logistics seeks a visionary Data & AI Manager to coordinate AI initiatives globally and translate ambitious ideas into measurable business value. You will work with international stakeholders, customers and partners to embed AI as a strategic capability across TGW.

You will lead data-centric projects, manage diverse teams, and ensure governance while enabling scalable, secure AI solutions that boost efficiency and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in data, AI, digital transformation or comparable functions.
• In-depth understanding of AI technologies, data management and successful implementation of AI use cases.
• Stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with strong implementation skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure AI initiatives globally.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases by business value, feasibility, and strategic relevance.
• Control of benefit assessment and tracking of value creation of AI initiatives.
• Promote AI-enabled process optimizations across the TGW value chain.
• Collaborate with the Data Intelligence team to develop a scalable, secure AI-enabled database.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance guidelines and Responsible AI principles.
