RDN CONS is seeking a German-speaking Digital Solutions Representative to join an international team in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid role includes a fully paid relocation package and a strong potential to develop within the digital solutions and sales sector.

You will work with German-speaking customers to understand their business needs and identify suitable digital solutions, while contributing to achieving individual and team targets in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German required.
• Good command of English.
• Sales experience appreciated but not required.
• Strong sales aptitude & commercial mindset.
• Be target-driven and motivated by results.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new digital tools.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Kraków, Poland.

• Communicate with German-speaking customers in a professional, consultative manner.
