RDN CONS in Athens is seeking a German-speaking Sales Advisor to join an international team. You will engage German-speaking customers, assess needs, and propose tailored solutions.

Hybrid or onsite role in Athens with a fully paid relocation package, ongoing training, performance bonuses, and relocation support. You’ll work in a multicultural environment with clear development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German-speaking with good English
• 1–2 years of previous sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based in Greece
• EU citizenship or valid eligibility to work in Greece

Aufgaben

• Communicate with German-speaking customers and identify their needs
• Provide tailored solutions and professional product/service recommendations
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
• Follow up with customers and support them throughout the sales process
• Work closely with your team to achieve individual and team objectives
