Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential B2B customers through outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

• Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.

Requirements

• German: C1 proficiency.

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar commercial position.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly SEO, PPC, and digital advertising platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified business leads.
• Previous involvement in pre-sales processes and lead qualification.
• Confidence in communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
• Practical knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Experience working with prospect databases and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Strong sales orientation, commercial judgment, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
