Zusammenfassung

The University of Vienna invites applications for a University Assistant PraeDoc in the research area of Geoecology. The position includes research and teaching duties with a four-year contract; the term is initially 1.5 years and is automatically extended to 4 years unless a notice of non-renewal is issued within the first 12 months.

Applicants will write a dissertation on soil formation in wetlands and contribute to external funding.

Qualifikationen

• MSc/diploma in natural sciences or equivalent.
• Expertise in geoecology, soil science or physical geography.
• Proven ability to publish in scientific journals.
• Fluency in English and German.
