Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Graz.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.
  • Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.
  • Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well‑functioning team.
  • Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Be responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies.
  • Play a key role between the central team and the owners.
Qualifications
  • You have experience in hotel management or in a related field.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with problem‑solving skills and a passion for hospitality.
  • You will balance executing and delivering the master plan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders.
  • You will work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and managing the hotel budget.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director.
