Zusammenfassung

The EU Delegation to the International Organisations in Vienna offers funded traineeships for recent graduates across UN, OSCE, NNP and Administrative sections. The program runs up to six months in 2026 with a tentative start in early 2027, including shifts between sections and active public diplomacy activities.

Successful candidates will assist with meetings, prepare briefings and notes, and engage in EU outreach and reporting for EEAS and EU institutions.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Strong interest in EU external action and international relations.
• Experience drafting policy documents and meeting notes.
• Excellent English language skills; other languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist permanent staff in preparing meetings and diplomatic activities.
• Draft briefings, reports, statements and other documents.
• Take notes and prepare reports on meetings.
• Support public diplomacy activities and outreach.
