RIEDEL Communications GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer – Kotlin to design and build backend services for scalable wireless workflows.

You will implement routing, orchestration, and interoperability across network domains, and contribute to high-performance architectures. Collaboration with international teams is essential, with hybrid work options and opportunities to work on live production environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Experience in backend or full stack development in distributed systems or communication-centric environments.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern backend development practices.
• Solid understanding of network architectures, IP networking, routing concepts, and real-time communication systems.
• Experience with Linux server environments and developing scalable network services.
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies, API design, system integration, and software interoperability concepts.
• Experience with software troubleshooting, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.

• Solid understanding of network architectures, IP networking, routing concepts, and real-time communication systems
• Experience working in Linux server environments and developing scalable network services
• Knowledge of VoIP technologies, API design, system integration, and software interoperability concepts
• Experience with software troubleshooting, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in international development teams; fluent English required
