Zusammenfassung

Nozomi Networks is seeking a software engineer to help build and secure OT and IoT cybersecurity solutions. You will contribute to design, implement medium-to-large features, and help reduce technical debt in a fast-paced agile setting.

The role values expertise in Ruby, Golang, C++, or Python, plus JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with PostgreSQL and networking knowledge considered highly valuable. You will collaborate across teams, wear different hats, and own user-facing features from

Qualifikationen

• Experience in at least one of Ruby, Golang, C++, or Python.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React is valuable.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and networking concepts (TCP/IP).
• Automated Testing experience (TDD/BDD) helpful.

In this role you will

• Contribute to the development and design of our solutions
• Design and implement using available technologies while taking the initiative to learn new ones
• Design and implement medium to large size features while reducing the system’s tech debt
• Proactively support colleagues to achieve overall team success
• Champion the team processes, ensuring everybody understands the benefits and tradeoffs

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have

• Proven extensive experience in at least one of the following languages: Ruby, Golang, C++ or Python
• JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience is highly valuable
• PostgreSQL knowledge is highly valuable
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, …) is highly valuable
• Automated Testing experience (TDD, BDD, etc)
• Field experience with Agile Methodologies
• Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols
