NetCero is a Graz-based software startup developing ESG management and reporting tools. We seek an experienced Full-Stack Developer to own and evolve web applications and APIs using a schema-first stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React).

You will shape features end-to-end and drive technical decisions in an agile team, embracing AI tools like Claude. English or German proficiency is acceptable for applying.

NetCero develops intuitive software for ESG Management & Reporting. With us, companies manage their sustainability strategy – from materiality analysis via ESRS and VSME reporting to THG footprint calculation. Already over 100 ESG leaders rely on our intuitive sustainability platform. Our team is based in Graz and Vienna.

What We're Looking For:

Developers with an ownership mentality who think and act independently. You occupy yourself with modern tools like Claude, AI assistants, and new technologies of your own initiative. You work proactively, take responsibility for your decisions, and actively contribute to product development.

Tasks

• You develop web applications and API services on our modern, schema-first stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React) - an OpenAPI-driven codebase where the schema is the single source of truth.
• You take responsibility for designing and developing new features within our modular monolith throughout the entire development cycle.
• You make technical decisions together with the team that significantly influence the further development of our software.
• You proactively bring modern tools and technologies (e.g., Claude, AI assistants) into the development process.
• You work in an agile and proactive manner in a motivated team, alongside colleagues you treat as equals.

Technologies we use: TypeScript, Node.js, Nx, NestJS, Vercel AI SDK, PostgreSQL, Redis, Keycloak, Docker, React, TanStack Query.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with focus on web development (no junior/entry-level roles).
• Knowledge of development with modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React, as well as experience with SQL database systems.
• Independent and proactive working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Intrinsic Drive: You occupy yourself with new tools (Claude, AI-supported development, modern frameworks) of your own interest, actively use and apply them meaningfully.
• Good English language skills in written and spoken form.

For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of at least €3,954 (annual gross salary of at least €55,356) on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). Depending on your experience and qualifications, a significantly higher salary is possible.
