Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with focus on web development.
• Experience with modern technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React; SQL databases.
• Independent and proactive working style with high personal responsibility.
• Intrinsic drive to explore new tools (Claude, AI-assisted development, modern frameworks).
• Good English language skills in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications and API services on a modern, schema-first stack (TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React).
• Take responsibility for designing and developing new features within a modular monolith throughout the development cycle.
• Make technical decisions with the team that influence future product development.
• Proactively bring modern tools and technologies (e.g., Claude, AI assistants) into the development process.
• Work in an agile, proactive team environment with colleagues treated as equals.
