The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. Professional check-in and check-out using our hotel software OPERA

Proactive support and advice for our international guests

Acting as the first point of contact for guest feedback

Contributing your own fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience

Accurate processing of invoices and performing shift and daily closings

Handling guest correspondence via phone and email

Ensuring the implementation of internal quality standards

Carrying out various administrative and organizational tasks as part of daily operations

Completed education in hotel management or tourism

Ideally previous experience at the front office in the hospitality industry

Familiarity with the hotel software OPERA is an advantage

Enjoy working with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds

Strong communication skills with a warm and positive attitude

Team player with a high level of commitment and sense of responsibility

Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus

SALARY

For the position of Receptionist (m / f / d) the collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross salary of 2026 per month. However we are happy to offer a higher salary based on your experience and qualifications and we provide attractive opportunities for salary development based on your performance.
