• Experience delivering backend services for mobile apps.

• 2+ years of full-time experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Collaborative work with architects, frontend engineers, QAs and product owners.
• Strong focus on clean code, solid technical design and scalable architectures.
• Proficiency with Java 17+ and Spring/Hibernate/JAX-RS.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Fluent written and spoken English, EU citizenship or Austrian permit.

Aufgaben

• Develop clean, stable, testable backend code for Roche products.
• Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams across product lines.
• Contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, and test coverage.
