• Extensive experience in managing the FP&A function in a large and complex organisation.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing and implementing budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Working knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory environment.

• Lead the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team.
• Support the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.

Tertiary level qualifications in business

Chartered or Certified Practising Accountant

Managing the FP&A function

Experience with Enterprise Performance Management tools

Managing a dispersed team

Designing budgeting and forecasting models

Managing competing priorities

Knowledge of legislative and regulatory environment

Strong leadership skills

Influencing and collaborating with stakeholders
