Job summary

Snowboard Dachstein Tauern GmbH is seeking a sales-oriented candidate with a passion for sport apparel. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, understanding needs, and promoting our streetwear, footwear, and sporting goods.

You will work in a team, value feedback, and stay updated on trends. Minimum two years of sales experience and proficiency in English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods, or accessories.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify customer needs and respond to them individually.
• Openness to new ideas and continuous development of the work environment.
• Strong team and communication skills; ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of the local language and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability.
• Interest in our core sports, current scene trends, and product knowledge is an advantage.
