The Role:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and efficient deployment of people and resources across branch operations. This position ensures the effective delivery of waste management services through the hands‑on coordination of operational teams, driver performance, and transfer station activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staffing Supervision – across our Drivers and Transfer Station
• Transfer Station operations
• Driver and fleet efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• High-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to identify productivity and efficiency opportunities.
