With a Master’s in Business Administration/Economics and 2–3 years in consulting, you bring German and English fluency (C1) and a willingness to travel in the DACH region.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics with a focus on Accounting or Controlling.
• 2–3 years of experience in Controlling & Accounting in a consulting role.
• Ability to develop creative solutions for complex challenges.
• Business-fluent German and English (C1) and willingness to travel within the DACH region.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and develop targeted optimizations for complex business processes in accounting and controlling.
• Support CFO functions in digital transformations to optimize strategy, structure, and processes.
• Independently pursue objectives and take responsibility for tasks.
• Identify and leverage market opportunities within projects and beyond.
• Actively participate in internal development within the team.
