Red Bull seeks a (Junior) Finance Business Partner to transform data into actionable insights and support leaders across HR, Legal and Finance. You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive planning, forecasting, and reporting, and help improve analytics and data visualization in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role offers the opportunity to develop into a trusted finance business partner while strengthening capabilities in analytics, reporting, and data visualization.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or comparable field.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Initial professional experience in controlling, planning, reporting, or accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in AI and digital tools for financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proactive, structured and collaborative working style.
• Experience with ERP, BI or planning systems.
• Exposure to SAP FI/CO/PA is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary Finance partner for HR, Legal and Finance functions; translate financial info into insights.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans across functions.
• Deliver timely financial reporting with commentary and insights to stakeholders.
• Support data quality, master data maintenance, and standard reporting.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements and automation initiatives.
