2 x full-time permanent positions based at Mascot HQ (Job Grade 6)
The Finance Business Partner will partner with the business to provide effective planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects within the business unit. These roles support the Qantas Loyalty strategy, leading month end close, financial reporting, forecasting and performance delivery across a broad and diverse portfolio.
With a commercial leadership focus, the Finance Business Partner will assist the Lead FBP and Head of Finance in finding opportunities and prioritisation processes and will also have influence over the business unit strategy. The role is dynamic, high-profile and engaging, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex financial environments with confidence and strategic insight. The Finance Business Partner role will also support and advise the business and Lead FBP in the areas of Stewardship & Risk Management, compliance policy & group management, and continuous improvement of the finance function.
