We are currently looking for a Filling Coordinator, to join our Privigen Filling team at Broadmeadows site. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Area Manager you will lead and coordinate manufacturing activities in our Filling area to produce high‑quality therapeutic products. You will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and support a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

This role is part of a facility which operates 24/5 and therefore you must be available to work on shift patterns including afternoon / night which may include weekends/public holidays.

Your Role

• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day operations in the Privigen Filling area, including equipment preparation and aseptic filling.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet forecasted demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process optimisation and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with CSL’s Code of Responsible Business Practice, global quality policies, and health & safety standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster an inclusive and high‑performing culture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet customer and supply chain requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification in science, engineering, or relevant degree.
• Strong experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, food or other regulated industry.
• Strong technical expertise in quality systems.
• Knowledge of biological processing is desirable.
• Experience in managing or leading teams will be highly valued.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
