Family Lawyer – Associate or Senior Associate - 3+ Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to lead family law matters and play a pivotal role in our growing practice.

The Role

You will:

Manage a diverse range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic violence matters.

Work directly with clients, delivering practical and compassionate legal solutions.

Draft court documents and appear before the Family Court and Magistrates Court.

Collaborate closely with support staff, including junior lawyers and paralegals assigned to assist with administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

An admitted solicitor with 3+ years’ PAE in Family Law.

Proven experience appearing before the Family Court and Magistrates Court.
