A growing boutique law firm in Austria is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to manage family law matters and deliver compassionate legal solutions. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, proven court appearance skills, and a passion for client-focused work. We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to lead family law matters and play a pivotal role in our growing practice.
You will:
Manage a diverse range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, and domestic violence matters.
Work directly with clients, delivering practical and compassionate legal solutions.
Draft court documents and appear before the Family Court and Magistrates Court.
Collaborate closely with support staff, including junior lawyers and paralegals assigned to assist with administrative tasks.
Competitive remuneration & Bonus: Starting from $120K - $200K plus a generous performance bonus of up to 40% for exceeding a realistic target of 5 billable hours per day.

An admitted solicitor with 3+ years’ PAE in Family Law.
Proven experience appearing before the Family Court and Magistrates Court.
Strong skills in client management, litigation and negotiation.
