About the Role

Pacific Islands International has an exciting opportunity for a driven Export Manager to join the Sales team.

Overall role requirements include:

  • Manage the day‑to‑day sales of your allocated region within the Pacific.
  • Business development aligned with evolving market conditions.
  • Manage product offerings to customers based on supply availability.
  • Manage customer relationships end‑to‑end to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • New product development in response to customer demand.
  • Undertake forecasting, scheduling and annual budgeting to meet business expectations.
About You

It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:

  • At least two (2+) years of demonstrated successful experience within an export sales and marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary sales approach to customers.
  • At least three (3+) years of demonstrated successful experience within an export trading environment in a managerial capacity.
  • Computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of building / construction materials, global consumer trends, financial markets, and trade policies of major export markets.
