Boehringer Ingelheim in Austria is seeking a cost and budgeting specialist to manage study costs for clinical trials within a Global Operations framework. You will calculate budgets, process payments to CROs and sites, and report on cost performance for regional and global programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with international teams, compliance with internal processes, and strong stakeholder communication in English (German is a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; SAP FI is considered an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude, proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Fluency in Business English; German language skills are an asset.

The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 71.300 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
