ALDI International in Austria seeks an Expert - SRM - IT & Reporting to monitor supplier performance and enhance SRM across its international supply chain. You will translate business needs into data management and reporting solutions.

You will work with BI tools (SAP BW, SQL, Power BI, Tableau), analyse KPIs, train others on new reporting tools, and collaborate across borders. Location is Salzburg (5020) with remote options within Austria and abroad; starting ASAP with a gross annual salary

Qualifications

• University degree and several years in supply chain or SRM with IT/data focus.
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools (SAP BW, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Able to analyze KPIs, optimize processes and train others in reporting tools.
• Communicates in English at business level and works independently.

Responsabilités

• Monitor supplier performance and enhance SRM across ALDI's international supply chain.
• Check and analyze supplier performance based on defined KPIs; initiate optimisations.
• Bridge between supply chain and IT; validate process implementations and translate requirements into data reporting solutions.
• Enhance reporting environment with advanced analytics and BI integration.
• Identify and address training needs; create materials and run trainings for new tools.

How You'll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• As an Expert - SRM - IT & Reportingyou are extensively involved in monitoring the supply performance and enhancing a supplier relationship management (SRM) across ALDI’s international supplychain
• You check and analyse how food or non-food suppliers perform based on defined KPIs and initiate optimisations
• You act as a bridge between supply chain management and IT by validating process implementations from both economic and IT perspectives, translating business needs into effective data management and reporting Solutions
• Enhancing our reporting environment by introducing advanced analytics and supporting the integration of business intelligence systems for actionable insights also forms part of your core responsibilities
• You proactively identify and address training needs for new reporting tools, create materials and run training sessions to enhance our teams’ capabilities
• Additionally, you manage general administrative and project tasks, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder engagement

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have a university degree in Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
• You bring several years of professional experience in supply chain management, supplier relationship management, or purchasing, ideally with a strong IT/data focus
• You are passionate about IT, data analysis, and process automation, and enjoy optimising and digitising business workflows
• You are confident working with big data environments and business intelligence/reporting tools (such as SAP BW, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are among your core competencies, and you cansimplify and communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders
• You feel comfortable understanding and training others in new reporting technologies, helping to increase adoption and efficiency
• Your business-fluent English skills and excellent communication skills support your work
• A reliable, solution-oriented, and independent working style is natural for you

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 55.700*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
