Lauda Europe is recruiting experienced First Officers to join our expanding A320 operation across select European bases, including Vienna (VIE). This is not a cadet role and is open to A320-rated pilots and Airbus flight-deck professionals from the A330/A340 with a CCQ pathway to the A320.

Base allocation depends on operational needs. Candidates must have unrestricted right to work in the EU, current A320/A330/A340 type rating, EU Part-MED medical, and meet flying-hour requirements.

The opportunity

Lauda Europe is recruiting experienced First Officers to join our expanding A320 operation across select European bases. This is not a cadet role. We welcome A320-rated pilots and Airbus flight-deck professionals from the A330/A340 with an CCQ pathway to the A320.

Where you’ll fly from

Current opportunities may be available at:

• Vienna (VIE)
• Zadar (ZAD)
• Zagreb (ZAG)

Base allocation is subject to operational availability.

What you’ll bring

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU; under 65 years of age.
• Valid EASA Part-FCL licence with current A320, A330, or A340 type rating listed.
• Valid EU EU Part-MED Class 1 medical.
• Total flying time: ≥ 1,200 hours.
• On CS-25 aircraft: ≥ 1,000 hours.
• On Airbus A320 family and/or A330/A340: ≥ 800 hours.
• Recency: application within 36 months of your most recent relevant type-rating validity date, and operation on A320/A330/A340 within the 36 months prior to course start.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher, including written proficiency.
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements.

Note: Candidates whose time is only on the A330/A340 must complete an Airbus CCQ to transition to the A320.

All stated minimum requirements are mandatory and cannot be waived, amended, or negotiated.

Selection and assessment

• Phase 1: AON online assessment (€60), reimbursed after successful recruitment and commencement of training.
• Phase 2: Simulator assessment, in‑person interview, and comprehensive psychological evaluation.
