About you

  • Provide a high standard of senior executive administrative and business support, including the coordination and preparation of corporate reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion and sound judgment
  • Work autonomously and under pressure, set priorities and meet tight deadlines, and manage the workflow of an office.
  • Liaise effectively within the CCC and with executives of other agencies utilising highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and electronic document management systems to an advanced standard.
