Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive, high‑level support to the Director — managing calendars, emails, and priorities
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day office operations and workflows
  • Schedule meetings, track projects, and keep communication flowing across the team
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining staff records
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and client documents with attention to detail
  • Organise staff birthdays, milestones, and team events to nurture a positive culture
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity while managing sensitive business matters
About You
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working independently and supporting senior leaders
  • Tech‑savvy with a high attention to detail (experience with VaultRE a bonus)
  • Professional, polished, and proactive with a “can‑do” attitude
  • QLD Real Estate Licence (advantageous but not essential)
  • You’re calm under pressure, approachable, and take pride in helping others succeed
