Zusammenfassung

XPENG is seeking a production operations lead at our Austrian contract manufacturing site to oversee delivery, rework, quality coordination and reporting. You will act as the on-site liaison between XPENG and the contract manufacturer, coordinating cross-functional resources to resolve production and quality issues and ensure stable operations and on-time vehicle delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive production, manufacturing, or shopfloor operations.
• Solid understanding of vehicle manufacturing processes; familiar with IATF 16949 and quality tools (8D, 5Why).
• Fluent in English; German language skills and local environment familiarity preferred.

Aufgaben

• Delivery control: monitor production plans, track output, and inventory; drive corrective actions to meet delivery targets.
• Rework management: coordinate off-line vehicle rework; track defects and root causes; ensure timely resolution.
• Resource coordination: liaison with production, logistics, engineering; organize daily delivery review meetings.
• Quality management: support CAPA, participate in on-site quality audits, improve process stability.
