Responsibilities
  • Execute and drive the European sales strategy for all Silhouette Group brands.
  • Build strong partnerships with Country Managers and sales teams across Europe.
  • Represent the brands at trade fairs, events, and key market meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with global functions (Product Management, Marketing, PR, Design) to launch market‑relevant products and activations.
  • Track and report market performance to identify opportunities and ensure sales success.
  • Lead and support strategic projects that enhance the go‑to‑market approach.
  • Organize European meetings and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in optical, fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
  • Solid project management experience and a structured work style.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; CRM experience beneficial.
  • A proactive, positive personality with a passion for premium, design‑driven products.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
