BIOGEST® is an international manufacturer of biomethane and biogas plants, headquartered in Austria with branches in France, Italy, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, the UK, and the USA. With a team of over 100 highly qualified employees, we have already completed more than 200 biogas plant projects worldwide, generating electricity or biomethane and thus contributing to climate protection. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our sustainability team.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the department head, you will support the structuring, scaling and visibility of ESG activities – both internally and externally:

• Support for the ESG roadmap and cross-functional collaboration to implement sustainability goals.
• Monitoring, reporting and documentation of ESG KPIs
• Support in the transition to EU reporting standards while complying with sustainability standards and corporate commitments
• Promoting ESG practices in all departments and training employees

Job Qualifications

• Ideally, you have completed a degree/training with a focus on sustainability.
• Solid knowledge of ESG topics and experience in ESG reporting
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus.
• Confident use of MS Office & ESG software
• Proactive and structured work style
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
• Teamwork skills and enthusiasm for sustainability and green gas
• A conscientious and reliable work ethic is your top priority.
