ALPLA INC. is seeking an ERP Support professional to help employees, managers and stakeholders by keeping ERP systems up to date, handling requests, and coordinating projects across three ALPLA plants in Austria.

You'll train users, record changes, and drive process improvements in logistics and master data with clear communication and a structured way of working. Travel within Austria and strong English/German skills are important for this international environment.

Qualifikationen

• First experience with ERP systems and basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with different stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of tasks and delivers accurate results with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Communicates confidently in English and German in an international environment.
• Adapts quickly to new digital tools and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Familiarize yourself with new technologies and train improvements to the ERP system.
• Collaborate with employees from different departments in three ALPLA plants.
• Coordinate and conduct regular employee training regarding ERP updates.
• Record, control, and evaluate changes within the ERP system environment.
• Understand processes and implement process improvements in logistics, planning, material management, and master data.
• Introduce new supply chain processes and ERP systems and provide first level support.
