Qualifikationen

  • Must have a current motor vehicle license.
  • Ability to obtain a QBCC license.

Working on medium to large loss claims and complex Residential and Commercial projects for insurers. Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of medium to large loss insurance jobs from commencement to completion
  • Monitor quality audit reports & ensure items are actioned accordingly
  • Engage, coordinate & manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events
  • Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
  • Liaise between clients & insurance companies
  • Coordinate access to properties with insured parties
  • Attend & contribute to meetings
  • Complete monthly budget reporting on all projects
  • Dispute / issue resolution, as required
  • Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & relevant documentation is signed off
  • Ensure purchase order processes are followed
  • Review monthly job cost reports
  • Ensure all company OH&S policies are followed at all times
Key Selection Criteria
  • Strong background in construction or supervising construction projects
  • Relevant building trade qualification, preferably in carpentry
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Values Relationships and Relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & delegating + completing priorities.
  • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the clients and customers.
  • Good work ethic and positive attitude
  • Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations and current market rates/trades.
  • Current motor vehicle licence
  • QBCC licence or ability to obtain
