N Consulting Limited in Austria is seeking a Build & Cutover Engineer to support the deployment, integration and migration of enterprise network infrastructure. You will build and configure network devices, validate configurations, and execute cutover activities to minimize service disruption.

The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, wireless, and network migrations, plus strong documentation and coordination with project teams during maintenance windows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–7 years in enterprise network deployment or migration.
• Hands-on experience with routing, switching and wireless.
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Huawei or Extreme Networks.
• Exposure to SD‑WAN and network automation is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Build, configure and validate network devices including routers, switches, wireless controllers and access points.
• Execute network migrations and cutover activities per plans.
• Perform pre-build, staging and FAT before deployment.
• Verify hardware, software versions, licensing and configuration compliance.
• Implement Layer2/Layer3 configurations, VLANs, routing protocols and security policies.
• Coordinate with project managers and vendors during maintenance windows.
• Monitor performance and perform rollback if needed.
• Document build records, reports and as-built documentation.
