A1 Digital Vienna is seeking an experienced pre-sales/solution consultant for energy and environmental management, IoT and sustainability projects. You will translate complex systems into business outcomes, drive ROI-focused value propositions and manage stakeholder relationships with AT customers.

We expect a background in energy/environmental engineering, ESG knowledge, and strong German/English communication, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Energy or Environmental engineering
• Knowledge of energy management of facilities
• Knowledge of ESG and other relevant regulatory in Austria
• German and English language
• Strategic client planning
• Strong presentation & rhetoric skills
• Building and keeping long term customer relationships; Solution selling / consultative selling; Value-based selling (ROI, TCO, business case creation); Account management and stakeholder mapping; RFP/RFQ support and tender management
• Understanding of relevant industries

Aufgaben

• Understand complex systems end-to-end and translate them into clear business outcomes in Energy/Environmental Management
• Handle complexity and simplify for customers
• Adopt a consultative, trusted-advisor mindset; collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Develop complex calculations, business cases and offers/concepts
• Manage AT customers together with A1 Seller throughout the life cycle
• Execute on the whole customer journey in a hybrid setup
