Job summary
F45 Training Vienna is seeking a qualified Fitness Coach to energize sessions, welcome members and guide them toward their personal fitness goals. You will coach and demonstrate F45 workouts safely, motivate a diverse member base, and collaborate with the coaching team to deliver consistently high-energy sessions.
Ideal candidates bring a recognised fitness qualification, high energy, strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Qualifications
- Formal/recognised fitness or personal training qualification.
- Experience coaching group fitness is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Must have the legal right to work in Vienna/Austria.
- Availability to coach weekday and/or weekend sessions.
Responsibilities
- Create an energetic, welcoming and motivating training environment.
- Coach and demonstrate workouts safely and effectively.
- Motivate and support members of all ages and fitness levels.
- Provide individual guidance and modifications where needed.
- Build genuine relationships and maintain high member experience.
