BRP-Rotax in Austria is seeking an embedded software engineer to develop and test software for Rotax powertrain control systems across the next generation of control units.

You will work on integrated tools for automated verification (SiL, PiL, static analysis), contribute to multi-domain software architectures, and help shape processes for ASPICE, Functional Safety, and Cybersecurity while collaborating across international teams.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Telematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or comparable field.
• Strong knowledge of embedded software development and related processes.
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262 or AUTOSAR is beneficial.
• Good command of English and basic German is desirable.
• Proactive mindset with passion for innovative mobility solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and test embedded software for Rotax powertrain control systems.
• Develop integrated tools for automated software verification (SiL, PiL, static analysis).
• Contribute to multi-domain software architecture design for next-gen control units.
• Help shape software processes regarding ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cybersecurity.
• Manage software development projects.
• Contribute to development and integration of AI-based applications.
