Müntener & Thomas Personal- und Unternehmensberatung AG is seeking an electronics engineer to shape designs from concept to production and to manage technical data, components, and resources. You will select parts balancing technical, commercial, and supply considerations and work with manufacturing to test and validate designs.

You will prepare release packages, accompany prototypes, and resolve issues with suppliers, using English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related field
• Strong grasp of analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics
• Hands‑on experience with electronics manufacturing, PCB design and applicable IPC standards
• Comfortable using laboratory equipment for measurements, validation and troubleshooting
• Proactive team player who takes ownership, works precisely and communicates confidently in English

Aufgaben

• Shape electronic designs from the initial idea through to production
• Create, refine and maintain technical data, components and design resources
• Select suitable components by weighing technical, commercial and supply-related factors
• Challenge designs from a production and testing perspective and work closely with manufacturing
• Prepare technical release packages, accompany prototypes and tackle issues together with suppliers
