We’re growing fast and looking for a hands‑on leader: a qualified Electrician with solar expertise and proven leadership experience to step into the role of Manager, Service Delivery & Construction.

Reporting to the Head of Solar & Battery this is your chance to take charge of major clean energy projects, leading high‑performing installation teams and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at every stage.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire field‑based installation and service teams
  • Oversee delivery of solar, battery, and EV projects across South Australia
  • Ensure all work meets the highest safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Manage budgets, project milestones, contractor performance, and risk
  • Resolve escalations and champion excellent customer service
  • Drive improvements and support the long‑term growth of our clean energy division
What You’ll Bring
  • Building Work Supervisor registration approved by Consumer and Business Services (CBS) with “Electrical” and “PV Solar Panel Installation” conditions. (Mandatory)
  • Electrical Contractor licence (Mandatory)
  • Battery design & install (Mandatory)SPS PV Design & install (Mandatory)
  • Current SA driver’s licence (Mandatory)
  • Proven leadership experience managing installation teams or electrical/solar projects
  • Strong safety leadership and WHS knowledge
  • Financial and project management skills to deliver outcome
