We are currently seeking a Program Manager to support our audit team. This individual will be a highly organized problem-solver with proven experience leading projects and organizing resources for successful execution. A high attention to detail and process will be critical for success. Experience and comfort working with clients and vendors is a must as this role will require interaction with various stakeholders, including those in executive-level positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the ongoing tracking and monitoring of various audit projects.
  • Facilitate meetings and other collaboration methods to obtain updates from both vendors and internal team members on the status of projects.
  • Identify potential risks or delays in projects and escalate to the proper internal or external stakeholders, including the supervisor, consultant, and client.
  • Collaborate with business development counterparts to monitor new sales opportunities and plan for resources accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain regularly scheduled reports that accurately reflect project status and resource management.
  • Coordinate, manage, and facilitate the design, planning, and implementation of programs and processes and/or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support the documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and execute a resource capacity plan and resource schedules.
  • Allocate resources to projects, including assigning the appropriate personnel to job roles within a project.
  • Manage process for creating and delivering scope letters on new audit projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role facilitating complex project and program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project plans and producing robust reports.
  • Experience managing human resource capacity strongly preferred.
  • PBM experience strongly preferred.
  • PBM auditing knowledge a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and discipline to multitask and prioritize projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable individual comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with shifting high-priority projects, and at times uncertainties in next steps.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

The national average salary for this role is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
