- Develop E-Learning and blended learning courses and programs for MED-EL employees, sales partners and customers based on the principles of instructional design, adult learning theory, and corporate design guidelines
- Work together with different departments and subject matter experts within the company to develop appropriate, clear, and effective content
- Oversee E-Learning projects from idea conceptualization to completion in a variety of formats (e.g. photos, videos, screencasts, podcasts, E-Learning modules, audio) with different authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Organize and support various live online training sessions and webinars for customers and employees by using web conferencing tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Webex) as well as present on various E-learning activities, projects, plans, and guidelines
- Closely collaborate with the team responsible for our corporate learning platforms and jointly work on the maintenance and content management of the system
Your Profile
- Bachelors‘ degree or higher degree (University/FH) in a relevant field
- Relevant work experience and knowledge of instructional design and content creation with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical competences as well as ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, further languages are an asset
- Motivated personality with a well-organized and detail-oriented approach

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41,691.44.
