A leading water utility is seeking a Divisional Manager to provide strategic oversight of their IT Strategy and Digital Enablement Plan. This role will involve managing vendor relationships, overseeing cybersecurity measures, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and proven experience in technology strategy execution, making impactful decisions that enhance service delivery and customer experience.

The Divisional Manager, Technology Strategy and Portfolio, provides strategic leadership and coordination of the organisation’s Information Technology Strategy and integrated Digital Enablement Plan to support delivery of Yarra Valley Water’s 2030 Strategy.
Accountable for the transformation portfolio, cyber security, enterprise data and analytics, architecture, digital metering, vendor and procurement management, and delivery governance, the position drives alignment between technology capabilities and business outcomes.
The Divisional Manager fosters a collaborative and empowered culture, enabling teams to deliver through traditional, agile, and experimental approaches—ensuring Yarra Valley Water’s technology evolves in step with customer needs and strategic priorities.
