Ramsay Health Care is currently seeking a Director of Facilities to provide strategic and operational leadership across its Australian network. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Australia, this role drives excellence in facilities management, asset performance, property, and capital delivery. The Director will lead key national initiatives, including the implementation of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), oversight of BioMed assets, and the CSSD master plan. With responsibility for sustainability and energy strategy, this role ensures Ramsay remains a leader in safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary and results-driven leader with proven success in large-scale, multi-site facilities management, capital project delivery, and sustainability initiatives.
